Head to the Promotions tab in your dashboard and click “Create Offer.” You can choose the type of deal, set a duration, and select who receives it.
Can I run multiple promotions at the same time?
Yes. You can create and schedule as many overlapping promotions as you like. Each one can target a different customer segment or service.
Who sees my promotions?
You choose. Send them to all customers, specific groups (like returning users or first-timers), or even manually select individuals. Customers will see active promos in their app or via notification.
Can I limit how many times a promo is used?
Absolutely. You can cap redemptions per user or set a total usage limit to control how much is given away.
Can I edit or cancel a promotion after it’s live?
Yes. You can make changes to an active promotion or deactivate it entirely if needed. Just be aware that customers who have already received it may still try to use it.
